The complete renovation of a historic building of 6,000 square meters located near Piazza San Babila in Milan and consisting of two entities overlooking Via Conservatorio and an internal garden, involved the programming and design of an extremely complex project from a technical standpoint.
A new underground garage was built under the existing historic building. The top two floors were enlarged by using a mixed steel wood structure and the original appearance of the external façade was kept. The project involved the creation of new offices for companies operating in the fashion and luxury residential sector.
