Olivium Villas is located on 4 hectares of virgin land overlooking Hebil Bay, close to Bodrum along the Southwestern coast of Turkey. The design blends Mediterranean style with international are marrying modernist dimensions with warmlocal materials. No two houses are alike and no two vistas are the same, complementing the natural environment and accentuating the dramatic play of mountain and sea.
The definition of the technologies chosen for the project was developed with theaim of providing the highest level of summer thermal comfort and indoor air quality control with emphasis on energy savings in both winter and summer season.
