The hotel is located in the southern part of the town of Alma- ty and is situated in a large, private green area. The access to the hotel is from the South side of the property where there is also a restaurant connected by a glazed walkway to the main building of the hotel and the carpark. The formal entrance and the hotel reception are in the northern part of the building, overlooking a gorgeous park of conifer and birch trees.

The project includes 73 rooms and suites across three floors, a lobby, a new spa and some offices and meeting rooms on the ground floor, as well as technical spaces, a laundry andstorage in the basement. The design provides the complete renovation of the existing building, keeping the existing structures, the concrete slabs and the main staircases with the original mosaic cladding, which will be restored.

The design concept is to create a bright environment withopen spaces on the ground floor connected to each otherand illuminated by glazed corridors in order to create an horizontal and vertical visual continuity, starting from the entrance lobby where there is a double height atrium witha skylight above. On the upper floors, the project defines different types of rooms: standard, superior, junior suite and suite in order to meet the different requirements ofthe guests.
